Don't believe me? Here is a Filipina describing their attitude much better than I can:- It's their choice. Not anyone else's. You can regard the men involved as losers if that's your judgement, but not the ladies. If they find the relationship doesn't work then they can, and sometimes do, walk away from it. Some people here get extremely excited at the idea that some people want to live by their own standards in our country yet here we have the same people trying to impose their standards on other cultures.

When social conservativism was the hegemony in this land society functioned successfully, women were statistically happier and men were far more productive and raised to be normal. Neoliberal economics destroyed the one wage family and the left's infection on social policies taught our youth to hate themselves and have fetishes for whatever minority groups they deemed worthy. The foundations that built the success in these lands came from social conservatism.....since it was dropped for social and neo liberalism all we have had is decline both economic and social. Thailand’s the emergency backup plan for a lot middle aged men. Nothing wrong with it as long as they treat the Thai GFs well and vice Versa. Seen it make a few people very happy after being made a widower or after a nasty divorce. God we’ve got some stiff f*cks on here. A trip to Thailand is exactly what they need to chill the hell out about what other people they don’t even know do with their lives.

Don’t be confused by dating sites which may try to scam people by suggesting you can do everything online. You cannot. You need to meet and prove to the authorities in both countries that a genuine relationship exists. If the slightest doubt exists then exit permits are refused by the home country and visas refused by that of the man. The gullible might shell out some money but they cannot buy a bride. Internet scams exist everywhere.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |
