You mean like he did when he pretended he was a Remainer?

Firstly politicians have always argued for individual policies they dont agree with because politics is a team game. in any case I dont recall Corbyn ever expressing a personal view in favour of Remain (much to the annoyance of the Labour campaiign to stay in) but articulated the Labour Party position which was in favour of remain.

Yet you take the opposite stance on Diane Abbott and schools?

And what were you calling Theresa May the other day?

I called her the bitch Spawn of Blair, in a thread on how you would describe Theresa May.
The next time I mentioned her I used that name with a wink smiley as a nod to the other thread. I used it as a literary device to amuse myself and others if they saw the link.

Next question please.

1. How do you back up this assertion?
2. Other than 1 tweet taken out of context that I've seen, do you have any examples of her racism?
3. The school thing. Difficult situation to be in - if she can afford to send her son to the school he wants to go to, why not. You are a parent, what would you do? Doesn't mean she doesn't want to aim for a fully comprehensive system.

If you cannot see the hypocrisy in that then there is no hope,as I said don't do as I do do as I say.
And why is only taken out of context when it's a lefties.
And if I could have afforded to send my children to private school when they were at school ..I probably would have, but I wouldn't have preached how bad it is .

The European parliament is to investigate the British government’s treatment of EU nationals living in the UK who have applied for citizenship or permanent residency since the Brexit vote.

Task force being set up will liaise with the brexit EU negotiator Mr. Barnard.

I asked what you based your assertion that Scotland would go to the wall if the left the UK.
Your answer If you cannot see the hypocrisy in that then there is no hope doesn't give me any clue why you think Scotland will go tits up.

I've asked for examples of Dianne Abbott's racism. You said context is a lefty answer. And to say context isn't important is facile.

Edit. Just seen your Google it response.

So you are accusing someone of something but want me to find evidence of it.
I don't think you should ever represent anyone in court!

I disagree with you on 3. Given her views and her position in the Labour Party to say she gets a free pass because she can afford "better" is ridiculous.

I have rather more respect for Corbyn who stuck to his principles even at the cost of his relationship splitting up.

There are no circumstances where I would send my children to fee-paying schools. I despise them. What I might do is move house to a place where there are better (state) schools.

To be fair to Diane Abbott she acknowledges the hypocrisy. She says she knew when she made the decision she would get slated for it but decided having seen the schools in her constituency she couldn't justify putting her politics (or credibility) above his education.

She'll never live it down and nor does she expect to.

She's been an mp for 30 years, so must be doing something right.
In that 30 years she has been constantly vilified with the school angle being bought up time and time again or a single tweet that was published out of context that was heavily insinuated to be racist.
If anyone can come up with some other misdemeanors from Abbot (yes we know she shagged Corbyn but that isn't really that big adeal is it.) I'd be only too happy to read about them.
2 things in 30 years of being an MP repeated over and over again you soon get people equating her as a racist hypocrite which then becomes synonymous with her name. Funny how you never hear anything about her policy or good work she does for her constituents.

She's by no means perfect, but if she was racist, do you think that she would be able to hold down a position in the shadow cabinet without the press having an even bigger field day?
