The tory candidate wasn't backed because he was useless, as for the perks, Johnson brought all them in, everything is his legacy it's just that no one believes it because it suits the presses agenda to name Labour and not a party that lines it's pockets with Russian money

You forgot to mention that as a condition of bailing out the train companies which had been mismanaged the government took control of them and appointed a new body to manage them. They should do the same with TFL? Why are we funding a failed organisation, funny the unions were dead keen on the government taking control of the rail companies but we hear nothing from them about removing the current TFL management. One more point

How many failing train companies (thanks Thatch) have really transferred back to the government.
How many councils are going under because of government failings.
How large is the government debt currently (although the pre-pandemic debts are really embarrassing).

So - Sad Dick has done a great job with the tube strike. They have just received an 8.4% pay rise with a 4 year promise of RPI + 0.2% and yet they are on strike. Useless the lot of them.
