Todays first download is a set by ZZ Top that was recorded at the Donnington Festival Of Rock in 1985. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted that many boots by ZZTop over the years as good quality ones are quite rare, but according to my files I have previously posted another show by this band - also from Donnington, but two years previous to this show in 1983. The two shows have very similar setlists as well... If you like ZZ Top you will want this one - it rocks.... Todays second download is a set by The Verve that was recorded in Paris, France in 1997. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I've not posted many bootlegs by The Verve - good quality ones are quite rare. This is a good one and is thoroughly recommended.. Todays first download is a bootleg by Badfinger that was recorded in New York in 1971 - the exact date isn't known. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds wicked. Badfinger bootlegs in good quality are very, very rare, I only have a couple myself. They play their most successful hit single "No Matter What" as the final track of this short set, which is in front of a small audience. If you like Badfinger this is a must have.... Todays second download is a set by Bon Jovi that was recorded at the Astoria Theatre, London on 4th November 92. This was a "Secret Gig" that bands play as warm up shows for tours/albums etc. This is a top set in superb quality which features a couple of interviews with JBJ and band members - these tracks are easily deleted from the file if not wanted. The set includes a couple of classics like "You Give Love A Bad Name" and "Wanted, Dead or Alive". This is great stuff and if you like Bon Jovi - this is thoroughly recommended.. Todays first download is a set by Aerosmith that was recorded in San Antonio, Texas in December 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and is top notch. I've posted quite a few bootlegs and studio albums by Aerosmith over the years, this is a top show from the bands early years. If you like Aerosmith, this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Hanoi Rocks that was recorded in Nottingham in April 1984. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted. The band were formed in 1979 and their most successful period was the early 1980's. The band broke up in 1985 when the drummer was killed in a car accident. The other orginal members reunited in 2001 and carried on until 2009 when they had a farewell tour. If you don't know this band - try them.. staffie, I know Crime of the Century is one of your favourite albums but you should check this new Blu-ray / DVD out - all songs from COTC (bar 'Is Everybody Listening') are included and there is a fair old chunk from Breakfast in America as this was recorded a few months after the BIA Album was released. Supertramp: Live In Paris '79
