When any reasonable man stands backs and views the ‘inflated’ commercial valuation accusations made against Trump they have to shake their head in incredulous disbelief particularly when the valuations where given by 3rd parties and the banks were happy with them. There seems to be no limit of degradation the Left won’t stoop to in politics to bring down an opponent. Where have all the good decent, fair people gone in centre politics? Unfortunately Webech Eagle sums up what has gone sadly wrong. ps. I’m not a Trump supporter.

What on earth does me having a “tribe” mean! Let alone suggesting I described it as “unique”. I don’t have a tribe and am far from unique. Recognising ( British spelling, rather than American, seems more appropriate) that native northern Europeans exist and that they are “white” is a pathetic excuse. A fig leaf that does nothing to disguise an attitude that is completely unacceptable. It isn’t British. We are better than that. We have learned to reject such concepts as a way to categorise people. It’s something that seems to exist in the USA much more than here. What is a “native Northern European”? Sounds a lot like the Aryan race theory that got so distorted and misused in the 1930s. Along with “Caucasian”. Which is another distortion. If you consider the Nordic people as the “native Northern Europeans” it would exclude us and many others. That their skins are white is just because they live in an area with lesser sunlight than people further south. It says nothing about them as a people at all and therefore using it as a description is to use a worthless term intended to discriminate on an entirely false premise. Call them Nordic if you wish to. Nothing else.

They all came from within the Trump organisation with witnesses stating it was done at the express request of the family. I know a lot of people are suggesting this doesn’t matter because the lenders should have done their own due diligence and got paid anyway. It’s a fair point but seemingly one based on misunderstandings. I came across this explanation:- Trump’s loans went through a very different approval process than the standard loan, which made the fraudulent claims about his financial condition instrumental to getting loans. All of which has been accepted as fact by the Judge. The argument is about the level of penalty.

It's not a suggestion, it's a fact. There are honest people and there are people for whom the truth is purely a selective choice.

Wow I’m sure that’s a reason to assume your the antichrist who will destroy the world.

Trump brushes off fines as a business cost. It looks as though he will be forced to sell all his New York properties, including Trump Tower, and banned from doing business there.

It’s amazing how people who get their “information” from American conspiracy theorists are able to determine the facts better than a Judge who is an expert in the law. We should save the costs of a legal system and just rely on the likes of PJW or Alex Jones.

Lots will be prosecuted for this on a much smaller scale should it succeed. Imagine advertising a car for an inflated cost and losing your house over it. Seem sensible to you ?

It may be asked where their funding comes from.....but of course all roads lead back to the same money sources. [Tweet Link]

Imagine advertising a car for an inflated cost and losing your house over it. Seem sensible to you ? This is only one of several cases, some of the others being much serious. This is the State setting standards of acceptable behaviour by businesses and issuing penalties and bans for those who fail to follow them. If you advertised your car as a Ferrari and posted pictures of a Ferrari in support, someone bought in without viewing but you delivered a Fiat and claimed that as both were Italian there was no deception I think Trading Standards would not be pleased. That is more similar to what is happening in New York, where the State have rules about how businesses operate, which Trump has ignored to gain advantage.
