There aren’t Democratic courts. There are only courts. The law is the law. That some seek to portray things differently doesn’t change that. Everyone can submit their defence and appeal, eventually all the way to the USSC if necessary. So there is no danger of people being treated unfairly. Of course those who were passive can be charged. It’s nonsense to think otherwise. You don’t need to be active to be guilty of supporting or promoting any illegal act. Nor does that they can be charged mean that they will be charged.

Trump only made that statement very late in the day when it became clear that the attempt to stop the ratification of the result had failed. It seems he was pressured to do so, quite possibly by Ivanka and Jared, who are both noticeably absent from the current scene and have been from the day of the riot. I wonder when they will surface and what they will say and do when they do?

Promotes speculation without evidence. As for being charged and the idea that the law courts are not political and only interested in law. Some people.... During Trump's presidency....as anyone without TDS is well aware....the US had 18 months of Democrat supported (because they wouldn't condemn it nor criticise it) rioting....that their outlet called 'mostly peaceful', where many millions of damage was caused to businesses, public buildings and people were injuried and killed. Yet continually in Democratically controlled states, time and time again, the criminals who did this were released back onto the streets by Democratically appointed legal officials. Yet once the Democrats gained power they called for the criminality to stop and threatened to crack down on the criminals......who we all know they worked hand in glove with because that's when the rioting stopped. As is quite clear some clowns don't wear make up.

Wisbech I’ve never encountered someone so blatantly bias than you in my life. You scratch around finding anything you can to demonise Trump and then turn a blind eye to Biden’s much bigger corruption crimes. Call out bad behaviour wherever it lies. I bet there was once a time in your life you did that but you’re now become firmly entrenched in a political camp refusing to see the true picture. There’s no doubt that the 6 Jan entry into the Senate was terrible but any objective fair person saw that security allowed and even encouraged them to enter meaning there was more to this than meets the eye. I’m no Trump fan just an honest middle of the road Joe who is sickened by how the DOJ and FBI has become politicised. The BBC is not much better in their hatred of Trump and protection of Biden which they have now extended to a hated of Musk and social media platform X for not continuing to peddle a left wing agenda which they had with Twitter. What has happened to the decent middle ground?

It is not Trump's job to commentate on daily events to the time pleasure of his critics. Once again the idea that plebs could overthrow a government by walking through a government building and not killing anyone is just the kind of make believe Democrats want to push.....In countries where actual coups are attempted it's nationwide and involves army units.....You know, to actually take these buildings. The Democrats were lying from the start, something that is as easy for their current incumbents as is breathing. All that is required of Trump is not to have committed a crime and as he never organised the January 6th protests he never committed one. The FBI however...Mmmm. The Democrats just want to push lies and use their democrat appointed legal hires to practice lawfare in the.....probably mistaken belief that it's going to win them the election. That's how pathetic they are, but it's all they have, because their own performance at governance has been a total pigshow. Edited by Stirlingsays (07 Jan 2024 10.32am)

I had it in late September; likely caught it in Canada and it eventually went in early December. Got through about three bottles of cough mixture with little effect but eventually it faded away. It was annoying rather than anything else although the headache and fatigue for the first week or so was the main minus point.
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

What has happened to the decent middle ground? The bias is entirely yours. You are whitewashing Trump and trying to taint Biden. Trump has been a liar and a criminal cheat all his adult life, who has used power and money to evade the consequences. The chickens are finally coming home to roost for him. Biden is a politician. Nevertheless if you have actually read what I have consistently said about Biden then you would know that what you assert is untrue. If there is any evidence of Biden being corrupt then he should be prosecuted with exactly the same degree of determination as is being currently applied to Trump. Trump has been charged. Now he has the opportunity to present his defence, just as anyone else does. Presidents who commit crimes should face the full force of the law, just as anyone else. Trump and Biden included. Right now Biden has not been charged, because there is no evidence. All there is is innuendo and fishing by people determined to find something to try to establish some degree of equivalence between Biden and Trump. I do not believe the security forces did anything at all to facilitate the entry. Any objective observer, as I was on the day when I watched the whole event unfold, would have seen the violence employed and the overwhelmed security forces doing their best to contain the situation. They might have made some tactical withdrawals somewhere, but I didn’t see them. The DOJ and the FBI have not become politicised. That’s what Trump and his supporters want you to believe with their constant telling of big lies. It’s what Trump does. The DOJ and the FBI are just doing their jobs. I bet the Democrats wish they weren’t as it definitely works against them. Nor is the BBC anti Trump or Musk. They just report things as they are. To suggest there is a “left wing agenda” in play shows me pretty clearly where your political bias leans. You are fooling yourself if you believe you are middle of the road.
