Poor guy, I hope he pulls through. Buffalo Police issued a statement Thursday night saying "a 5th person was arrested during a skirmish with other protestors and also charged with disorderly conduct. During that skirmish involving protestors, one person was injured when he tripped & fell." The guy was told to get back, completely his own fault.

He didn't appear to be in any way violent and is clearly just a frail old man. However the cop shoving him apparently shares your outlook, and this was the result it achieved. What I find hard to comprehend was why no other Officer stopped to assist him, surely one could have. Hope he is ok
