Todays first download is a set by Florence & The Machine that was recorded at the recent Lollapalooza Festival in Chicago. Illinois on 5th August this year. This is in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard. I've posted a few F&TM boots recently - it would appear the band are doing all the festivals this year - I recently posted their set from the Coachella Festival. This is a similar set, which if you like Florence & The Machine is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Styx that was recorded in Montreal, Canada in 2001. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a satellite TV rip and sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots by this band over the years, but none recently... good quality boots by Styx are rare... and this is a good one. If you like Styx - this is thoroughly recommended.... This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs by the Arctics over the years - I'm surprised that I hadn't posted this one before - but it's not in my files and not on my list of downloads. This is a good set... thoroughly recommended.. Todays second download is the first bootleg or album by this artist that I've posted - and I found that surprising. The artist is Julie Felix and this is a show recorded in Bremen, Germany in April 1976. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast on Nordwestradio, Globale Dorfmusik which was broadcast on March 5 this year. I remember that Julie Felix was very active in the mid to late 1960's.. but she is still recording and touring today at the age of 74. If you like Julie Felix this is thoroughly recommended. Todays first download is a set by Mott The Hoople that was recorded in Philadelphia, USA on the 29th November 1972. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. Good quality Mott The Hoople boots are very rare - I only have 2 myself... when I saw this I grabbed it immediately - and I'm glad I did, a top set with covers of Lou Reeds "Sweet Jane" and The Stones "Honky Tonk Women" - this is fantastic stuff and is thoroughly recommended..... Todays second download is another set from this years Coachella Music And Arts Festival, Indio, California on the 14th April this year. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs by The Buzzcocks over the years - this is another top sounding show. The band play a good set which includes the bands biggest single hit "Ever Fallen In Love (With Someone You Should'nt Have). If you like The Buzzcocks this is thoroughly recommended.... An extra download today and an acoustic set by Yes that was reocrded in Los Angeles on 26th January 2004. This is in superb quality and the sound is absolutely crystal clear. It's only a short set of 36 minutes and the mp3 file is a continuous, single track. Some classics are played though - and also available is the video of the show....
