Why start with him then?

Why can’t we just all be happy that we got our money back and a bit extra and draw a line under this sorry affair. He is clearly a decent player, just not at the top level of the game. We knew that, our management knew that and so it appears does his new manager.

I think we can but there were quite a few people on here having a go at the management for letting him go.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

agree 100% - but doubt we got our money back.

£22m fee (of which we get half) includes add ons and the original £9m we paid also had extra add ons for staying up in first 2 seasons, which we did.

Think we paid nearer £12m and probably have received c£8m back so far

Don’t care what he did in Turkey, he could make kebabs for all I care.

He was literally one of the worst bits of sh&t we have ever played up front, and that’s saying something.

It wasn’t just the lack of talent, I can forgive that if the effort is there (Like Wilbraham) but there was no effort at all, no sense of awareness, he just jogged around like a one paced donkey.

I don’t wish him anything bad etc, I’m just grateful we will never see him play for us again

Sorloth did a wonderful impersonation of the donkey in a Christmas Nativity play then we got rid of him.

After yesterday's scintillating performance at Burnley we are long overdue for another clear out.

The interest in how sorloth gets on post-cpfc comes about because, when he was a Palace player, there was such a debate about whether he was as awful as he looked, or actually a casualty of inappropriate coaching and tactics.

Personally I don't think any failing player is bound to be exclusively one of those two things, but following the players fortunes elsewhere is the best way to put thier time at Selhurst in context.

Sitting here watching sorloth playing in the champions league for one of the top sides in Germany I have to say that the jury is no closer to returning a verdict.
