Blair is giving interviews in a way that can only be seen as part of a wider strategy. His appearances are deliberately structured for a purpose that is hard to fathom but there is definitely a purpose there, beyond him just liking the limelight. With a return to a senior, and influential, role in British politics up on the list. My own opinion is more to do with global politics but is bordering on the extreme tin-foil hat wearing strata but a more realistic, and rational, explanation for his current manoeuvring, can be seen in the light of UK domestic politics.

I do think everything about him comes down to power and influence, so am intrigued as to what he has in mind. During the Corbyn years he was pretty much left out in the cold and so further weaknesses within the party now create openings for influence, especially for someone as well connected as him. Yes, limelight was the wrong word really, as I view Blair as a busted flush in terms of public perception. Really most of what takes place politically is no doubt out of sight or obfuscated.

Not sure how it works, and to be honest the speculation around it can cloud the issue to such an extent that it becomes counter-productive. To be honest, I thought it was all BS until I learnt about all that weird Bohemian Grove stuff and what goes on there. Very, very murky. But events over the last couple of decades, and primarily what happened with Libya in terms of its deliberate destabilisation for no apparent logical reason, made me finally accept that there is some seriously weird s*** going on that is not necessarily to the benefit of me and my kin.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't preclude you from being followed.....
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
