He deserves a go at playing Champions League and winning trophies. I do think he should look at Yannick. Admittedly he has had bad luck with his injuries but what a waste of two years Everton was for him and now according to rumours they're looking to move him on. At least if Wilf stays here he'll get first team action week in week out, adoring fans and who knows maybe we'll make the Europa in the next few seasons. I just hope we can buy a couple of players that will convince him that we're serious. Cabaye and Loftus Cheek have left a big whole quality wise in our squad.

I am a Parish fan, before we get too carried away, but we can’t expect to keep Wilf if we are going to be in a relegation dogfight every year. If we are moving forward, challenging for Europe and establishing ourselves in the Prem then I can see Wilf staying, but we can’t expect him to carry us every season. There is no comparison with Yannick. No lessons to be learned there at all. He moved on, we did well to get what we did for him and he got injured. That could have happened if he had stayed. If it is a lesson for Wilf, it is to leave and fulfil his potential because every game could be his last.

Fair enough, I understand football but the rumours are unhelpful. I believe it has an effect on squad morale and fan confidence. This being the case, CPFC could just put a 75-90 mil price tag on this season and shut up all the silly conjecture. My point is really that the club could nip this in the bud - so could the player but it is in his interest not to. The club have said he's not going anywhere Wilf has said he can't understand why there's all this talk about a move Why will no one believe anything, even straight from the horses' mouths, and still want someone, anyone else to confirm it for them?

You will stay with us though Rudi won't you if, heaven forbid we will.......? I can’t see us dropping into the third tier any time soon but if we do it’s likely the club will get my season ticket money but maybe not my full attendance, although there’d be serious internal conflict with that decision and no doubt external conflict with whoever got us there in the near future. It could’ve happened at Stockport and Sheffield Wednesday and Alan Smith is highly to blame for the former and Jordan for the latter. Who knows our future if we lost At Sheffield Wednesday. Anyway, Zaha will stay unless Chelsea sell Hazard for a fortune and come in with a packet of over £60 mil for Zaha. That’s my hunch.

Seems to me me like a domino effect ! Zaha apparently turn down new contract, Hodgson Apparently not extended his contract yet ! No Signings yet apart keeper ! All waiting for Boards commitment. I know budget right but it won’t help us . If Zaha goes now we are not going to be in good shape .Should have all been sorted end of season . Whinge, whinge, whinge, add nausem. If you believe everything the internet tells you, then you’re as dumb as everyone else on here.

Actually, your colleague's gone up a bit in my estimation, as he clearly isn't on North Stand Chat, so he can't be all bad.

Need I remind you that Richarlison is off to Everton for £50m including add ons. That's for a player who was awful for the second half of last season and hasn't scored since November. A lot of money for someone who is nothing more than a prospect.
