Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

The accuracy and pace he put on the ball meant that I had little more to do than pirouette past 2 defenders, quickly move the ball past another 2 and then dink the ball over the advancing 'keeper '' Err...don't bother researching those comments I saw him on the box against Bristol City, although he took his header well via woeful defending, he missed a great chance for another and certainly didn't stand out as Prem quality. Might of been useful after Tekkers saw red yesterday. Ayew it is, no doubt pinging high balls to him, when we need to see some magic like above. Edited by Booted Eagle (13 Jul 2020 5.03pm)

I'm genuinely surprised he's injured. I was also hugely shocked to hear it's raining in Wales.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

The loan spell at Sheff Wed has ended and with only 2 goals in 13 games I doubt they will pursue any further interest. I don't think he played any part in the Oxford friendly so does that mean he is injured yet again or is no longer considered for selection. Wickham joined us in August 2015 and in those 5 years has scored 8 goals in 41 appearances.

But yes I would like to see the back of him and Benteke.

Against Southampton Palace will not mount any serious threat and the new boys will go off injured. Connor will come on for the last 3 minutes and tap in a consolation goal.

Sheffield Wed can't buy as they have FPP problems. I am suprised he was not part of the Eze negotiations as QPR need a striker

From the time he signed until he went on loan to Wednesday, he was injured for 899 days, never played more than 3 games consecutively.

Surely we must let Connor Wickham go for good now. He will always be remembered for being permanently injured.
