Murder doesn't have to be premeditated does it? It literally does.

Its easier to discuss this if we stick to the facts... Complete compliance is not true. Like the "hands up, don't shoot" in the Michael Brown case. Facts pls... Not made up stuff to support a agenda
There, see how easy it is?

The question I asked is still unanswered: at what point was Castile a threat to the officer? He testified that he never saw the gun... Perception is everything. The copper (who had never fired his gun before) told him not to move, he then moved... the copper thought he was reaching for his firearm. Dude was shot. America is a fukked up place... they fill it with guns, then blame a poor copper for making a snap decision after a suspect doesn’t comply with a demand. That’s not to say the guys deserved to be shot, just that these things will happen in a violent country with loads of guns.

The cop murdered a man. 7mins has his literal hat on. Splitting hairs being more important than understanding that a man died for no reason other than he ran into the wrong cop at the wrong time. The dictionary definition of "murder" requires premeditation, which wasn't the case here. The cop was tried for "manslaughter", which is unlawful killing without premeditation.
