yeh right,I still hate that Git for that!!! he ran the length of the pitch to do that, how many of us wish that bottle had actually made contact?

It was right in front of me. His face changed from one of "smug" to "fear" in about 2 seconds!

Palace seen on 74 grounds and counting

Huddersfield in 1999/2000

We lost 7-1 but we sang our hearts out all match - that's what it's all about

Must be from I think 78/79 2nd last away game at Orient.

Attendance I think was around 20,000 with about 14,000 Palace. Fantastic

Has to be 1979 at Leicester.Evening game quite late in the season. We were loosing 1 0 and badly needed a result to keep our promotion push going.I was sitting in the main stand home section but there was loads of Palace everywhere all round the ground.Chants of Palace ringing round the ground. We equalised with virtually the last kick of the game to mad celebrations all round the ground.Outside in the car park it seemed like a home game with Palace everywhere and much tooting of horns.

Palace fans are always at their best when we get dicked on. I remember when we lost 3-0 at West Ham in 03/04. 3,500 Palace fans watching the lamest performance in history and it was just passionate Palace songs ringing round the stadium. And we obviously got our own back that May!

It was unbelievable. Tottenham away in the FA Cup that season was the same, we had 5,000 there. That was the game where Butterfield got sent off for Jamie Smith's awesome 2-footed leg-breaking tackle on Zamora. Even though there were 30,000 Tottenham fans there and they scored three times that was by far the biggest cheer of the day. That tackle got celebrated like we'd won the league!

Man City (Main Road), last minute equaliser, was 10 rows from the back, ended up 10 rows front the front after surging on the seats, never ever seen anything like that to this day. 6-8,000 Eagles singing, sounded like 50,000 and outsung the Kippax.

5,000 of us at Oxford, lost 5-0, someone 'did' the food stand and lobbed pies into the crowd!

Can think of loads of games in the 80's when we took k's of fans away, great times.

26 of us (if i remember rightly) at Forest on a foggy night a long time ago, Salako from 40 yards, top corner.

When i see him, it's gonna be painful. Skinny little cont.
