I think my point has been misunderstodd, and frankly that's understandable as it wasn't written very well.

What is was trying to say is that the quote "Seems the true face of HOL has been exposed here doesn't it people." Is very off the mark.

I'm not saying that all we can talk about on here is football, in fact I enjoy many of the discussions here. All i'm trying to point out is that many people will share different views and maybe be offended by others, however will not feel right in posting on it. Hence moderators being asked to delte posts etc.

People may feel intimidated by other posters, whether they post about football or anything, they may feel appropriate to talk to a moderator, that doesn't mean that there is a conspiracy, or need to talk about the 'true face of HOL.'

Penge mate, I have been silenced. Posts I have made - no matter what name they are under - have been deleted. What else can it be? I'm not being amplified am I?! While I fully understand that personally offensive remarks aren't welcome, that description does not cover all of the deleted posts -- one or two, maximum. So it can't be the true (or only) reason for them being deleted.

As you rightly say I am indeed posting now, but after what's happened already, what guarantee do I have that my posts will remain on the board?

Understood - but no Mods ever asked me to change the name before deleting the thread (including posts by other users still considered valid). Why was I not given that chance?

Even Petealiator himself just took the pish out of the name I'd used -- he'd heard it all before only funnier. So the name can't be the reason either can it.

As for messing about with my name, I have tried but I can't bring myself to be upset about it, or even care much. Take a look at some of the versions of hmhs that Petealiator has used in the past - some quite amusing actually, some pathetically lame - in previous threads not one of them was removed or even commented on. Double standards again mate.

I'm sorry you see it that way mate, because that's not my intention. I posted because I could not let comments which I considered to be offensive go unchallenged. Racism, as I said before I was deleted, is a dark stain on our nation and it stinks.

If you think challenging racism is "causing trouble" then this may well explain the attitude toward my views on this board.

On reflection I think the best thing I can do is go. You won't accept my posts unless they suit you, and as I said to one of the Mods who was kind enough to PM me, I'd rather say nothing than work under censorship. I am sorry it had to be this way.
