My concern here is that we already have a load of midfielders and Kamada is very much an attacking midfielder. Given Eze’s best position is probably the same position as Kamada and Smith Rowe, the concern has to be that we are considering moving Eze on. A bit tenuous maybe but it adds up.

Seems a lot of money on a player Arsenal don't consider a first team player.

According to the Metro, Palace are going to make a new bid, BUT, Arsenal have raised the price to £35m. Walk away Palace he ain't worth half that . . . [Link] Edited by eagleman13 (19 Jul 2024 6.05pm)

Sadly it looks like Eze might be sold to Spurs? So there will be room in the squad if that happens. But if Eze joins Olise in moving on, we're going to be a bit light to put it mildly! But in the management team we trust

Arsenal are being greedy and trying it on. Walk away guys, he is not worth more than 25 mill. 35 mill is just ridiculous. Reminds me of our purchase of Benteke. Not wanted and over priced.

I’m all for adding some premier league experience to our young squad but Arsenal bench warmers at overinflated prices aren’t the answer. Smith-Rowe, Nelson, Nketiah - all amazingly talented according to Arsteta but not good enough to get in his team. Walk away Dougie. There are better options out there.

I think Smith-Rowe is fantastic and an infinitely more exciting proposition than Sarr who we've also apparently bid on. However, Arsenal's valuations of their fringe players is absurd and no way we will be held hostage by them.

I am not aware of any bid for Sarr, a player who often goes AWOL in games, has been known to play on the periphery and simply does not 'Turn up' in every match. It is the model of plausibility of course that the club view Sarr as a viable option and are examining the possibility of acquiring his services ! Edited by Willo (20 Jul 2024 9.57am)
