Erith,I know it's no great answer, but can an arrangement be made between you an CPFC Box Office to have your ticket printed off before each home match? They no longer do E-tickets. Someone used to print them off for me at home for half a season in 2021 when my season ticket "was in the post". I no longer trust the box office after they lied to my face time after time back then. It took some nice person at the club to sort it out for me and they also gave me some complimentary tickets as way of an apology.

What do they do if you cannot make a match and you sanction the Box Office to sell your match ticket?

They sold it to someone else who I presume got my ticket for the match sent to their smartphone as a QR code for that one specific game and i got some money off when I renewed for this coming season. I take it that my card would've been cancelled for that game so I or someone else couldn't use it.
