So following your logic. If a murder takes place and the culprit is successful in hiding any evidence, then it is not a murder but just a conspiracy? Many people, mostly Black, thought that OJ Simpson was innocent, and he was aquitted by a jury. Does that mean that he didn't do it? Your reasoning is two dimentional. Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (19 May 2024 6.40pm) It’s not myself who needs to think harder because that reasoning is illogical. The murder wouldn’t be a conspiracy theory if there is evidence to prove the victim was deliberately killed. It would be a fact. Why any jury acquits has no bearing on this. Who the murderer was remains unproven until enough evidence is presented to convict. The murder remains a fact.

Yup, this IS, another Wisbech thread, where he knows better than everyone. Sad really. Indeed. These particular threads take me back to my school day playground, where the irritating little ‘know it all’ kid would argue with anyone about anything - literally sucking the life out of interesting topics, regardless. Very sad.

It's somewhat telling that since this PM under went this serious attempt on his life....who knows just how serious.....there has been no mention of the serious threat of left wing extremism from the mainstream outlets who are more than willing to talk about threats from the right. How strange....almost as though they only want set narratives.

You are making yourself look foolish Wisbech. I notice this morning that the Iranian President has been killed in a helicopter crash. Very interesting timing wouldn't you say? I'm sure it was just an accident. Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (20 May 2024 7.56am)

It’s only to be expected that such people, having distorted vision themselves, think that others appear foolish. My wife is an eye specialist. May she can offer some advice? I read the story of the helicopter crash and instinctively looked for evidence of it not being an accident, as that would fit the narrative. It’s very early days yet but so far I cannot see any. It apparently happened in a remote area in heavy fog so an accident seems the most likely explanation. A missile attack in a remote location seems improbable and along with a bomb would leave evidence, which would be discovered by crash investigation. Sabotage is possible but again would probably be found by the investigators. Right now we don’t know and may never know. What we do know is that anyone who thinks they are sure about the cause is being foolish.

What we do know is that anyone who thinks they are sure about the cause is being foolish. Absolutely. There is however plenty of 'evidence' for the Kennedy assassination being a conspiracy. But if you are expecting a video of several men shooting him or a note that says 'we did it' you will be out of luck. Any physical evidence would be 'lost', excused away or simply ignored. That is how conspiracies work. Please try not to be so daft. Being deliberately obtuse is very tedious. It's possible that a helicopter crashed due to the conditions, but anyone who was not suspicious of foul play in these circumstances should certainly never join the police force.

If you have evidence of the JFK assassination being a conspiracy I suggest it is delivered to the authorities asap. However, I doubt that anyone has such evidence. All they have are rumours and assertions. Tonnes of rumours and assertions, repeatedly made and believed by millions doesn’t convert them into evidence. It just means there is a widely held belief in a conspiracy theory. It cannot be anything else, no matter how often it is claimed to be.

Which given the elapsed time could now be difficult to obtain. By the way if evidence did exist that proved your contentions then it would certainly have reached a media outlet prepared to publish it. There are many who would revel in such a scoop. They already enjoy publishing all the conspiracy theories.

No irony in the constant suggestion that conspiracy theories are the result of some malign outside influence is itself a conspiracy theory.
