Very good, however wasted opportunities may come back to haunt us. I hope not because based on that first half performance we deserve something out of this. Eze looks somewhat rejuvenated with Olise on the pitch. Get Doucoure back in this side and it will look pretty good I reckon.

Fabulous half. Positives all round and really gives hope for the remaining fixtures. Agreed with other poster, the ref is not very good, looks to give them anything and us not much. I do fear our fitness will fade at around the dreaded 75 minute mark and Liverpool can’t possibly play that poorly again… but we can always hope as we are well due something this season.

Liverpool look off colour but I think we’ve played well and are worth our lead. We have battled and pressed and defended resolutely, we have also played some great football at times.
