A loan to buy perhaps not but surely just a loan for the rest of the season would suit all parties. We need cover for Doucoure and Phillips needs to play.

We do, doubt very much Philips would even consider coming here, especially when Juventus are reportedly after him, still, stranger things have happened.

Now, totally left-field suggestion for Doucoure cover, why not get Kouyate back from Forest on loan as cover? Just a thought.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

He'll go to Newcastle.

I would go all out for Nketiah, loan with obligation to buy at 30m at the end of the season and Chalobah loan with obligation to buy at 20m, we keep all players and then sell Andersen or Guehi at the end to cover the costs, Nketiah on 77k a week and Chalobah on 50k, so both within our wage structure

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

Arsenal won’t sell at £30m and Chelsea allegedly want £45m for Chalobah

Unrealistic price evaluation - Arsenal will want much more with Nketiah probably more likely to want to fight for his place in first team and taste further experience in Europe as well?

Very limited by what Club can afford coupled with precarious position that we currently entertain in the Premiership that would deter starrier names from joining. Need to keep all GKs; Defence and Midfield and freshen up Forwards.

Ideal world we'd get Hojberg or Kalvin Phillips on loan, both of whom are apparently surplus to requirements. I struggle to see either wanting to come to us though.

Please god don’t let Parish get duped into signing Nketiah. The guy is a complete over-rated lemon who rarely passes when a better ball is on. He would just frustrate all our attacking players around him.

Arsenal have finally sussed him out and will look to flick him in January under the guise of losing a great player nonsense to up the price.

Parish and Bright will then end up sitting in the stands like dumb & dumber with glum pinched faces as he fails to impress.
