Would I be right in saying that Everton admitted to the charges? Which is why they got deducted points? Whereas man city dispute the charges which is why they havnt been...yet? I believe they accepted some but not all of the commisions findings and they intend to appeal. The finding has also opened the gates to legal action from other clubs ; Leeds, Leicester, Burnley and Southampton, who were relegated in recent seasons while Everton stayed up, have threatened previously to take legal action and a ruling from David Phillips KC in May agreed the clubs could apply for compensation through the Premier League if Everton were found to have breached financial rules.

Sadly , i feel the Toffees will survive to play again in the Prem. 10 points will not be enough to relegate them. but maybe , it will get them in the next transfer window. Who would want to sign for that sh1.tshow ?

I hope we are alrready sniffing around Goodison with our January shopping list. If they go into administration were could steal a couple of full backs and a striker.

It just gets worse and worse for Everton: CBMikQFodHRwczovL3d3dy5kYWlseW1haWwuY28udWsvc3BvcnQvZm9vdGJhbGwvYXJ0aWNsZS0xMjc2NTA4OS9FdmVydG9uLU5JTkUtUE9JTlQtZGVkdWN0aW9uLWFkbWluaXN0cmF0aW9uLUJ1cm5sZXktTGVpY2VzdGVyLUxlZWRzLWNvbXBlbnNhdGlvbi5odG1s0gGVAWh0dHBzOi8vd3d3LmRhaWx5bWFpbC5jby51ay9zcG9ydC9mb290YmFsbC9hcnRpY2xlLTEyNzY1MDg5L2FtcC9FdmVydG9uLU5JTkUtUE9JTlQtZGVkdWN0aW9uLWFkbWluaXN0cmF0aW9uLUJ1cm5sZXktTGVpY2VzdGVyLUxlZWRzLWNvbXBlbnNhdGlvbi5odG1s

It is the best season to get 10 point deduction because a club like Everton will find a way to stay up and the three promoted clubs will go down.

I think the Premier League are in a very precarious position. Relegate City and Chelsea who have more power than them and they'll probably accelerate the sh!t show of a Super League.

Its absolutely a precarious position - Given the size & the amount of charges against City & the time frame that they are spread over assuming that even half of them become proven & punishable the fallout could be huge - Personally I think legal team against legal team it will be drawn out so long that eventually both sides will agree that as rewriting history isnt going to happen, it serves no real purpose to continue to the final conclusion & everyone will agree that whats gone before needs to be drawn a line under ( points & fine penalty will come) & a new legislation will be provided to serve future financial fair play - Originally posted by Rachid Rachid Rachid

Super League in some way shape or form is clearly coming, either with or without the blessing / involvement of UEFA / FIFA - Clubs funded by countries, corporate hedge funds & the super rich simply cannot continue to play in the same leagues as the rest.

Good. Let them go and play pointless friendlies against each other in Saudi Arabia shown on some new pay per view channel and ban the clubs from European competitions and the players from internationals.

I honestly think that some form of super league will be launched by UEFA / FIFA - to keep the golden goose within the family, rather than see it become the product of some outside organisation. Originally posted by Teddy Eagle
