Sounds awful. Connor Maf***ingGregor! Is nothing sacred. The Eternals is too recent for me to have seen. I did see Dr Strange with my son and thought it was relatively funny. Guardians of the Galaxy pretty fun I thought.
My favourite comic adaptation recently was Dredd, which I thought was close to the 2000AD idea and much better than Sly Stallone. My guess is Dredd was panned by critics and not that popular. The Sly Stallone one - no one likes but that also includes me.
Tommy Gunn, Rocky III awful, I'm not sure.

Red and Blue Army!

70s bawdy sex farce - perhaps a genre best forgotten but I guess it had its place. Reminds me of top shelf magazines and the red triangle movies. Nostalgic.

On this, I actually watched the Bless this House film the other day. You get many of the Carry On team too. Almost surreal when you watch it now. How did I watch that? God only knows - think it was ITV4 or perhaps 3. I've been going through a nostalgic stage where I watch basically only old films and series' and snooker and darts. My latest favourite is Indoor League with Fred Trueman - surely tongue in cheek but I used to find it genuinely competitive as a kid. It's honestly brilliant comedy these days. Love Dad's Army - could sing that theme tune all day. The film was ok - the modern one, not a patch on the original but not totally bad.

I must admit that I have tried to watch a number of old TV shows and a lot of them are too awful to watch. A few are still worth a look. Here's a few I can think of quickly.

Shelly. Still quite amusing.

Citizen Smith. Awful but occasionally amusing.

Catweazel. Pathetic by saved by Geoffrey Bayldon in the main role.
Six Million Dollar Man. Where do I begin? Atrocious. The Big foot episodes were hilarious.

Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads. I get why people liked it in the '70s. It's still quite entertaining.

Budgie. Very much of its time but good performances from Adam Faith and Ian Cuthbertson.

UFO. Still fun and sort of ahead of its time in some ways. Loved the girls uniforms.

Bless This House. Not very funny really. Strictly for nostalgia.

The Saint(Black and white) Corny but still watchable.

Robinson Crusoe. TV gold. Still loved it the last time I watched it.

Lost In Space. Beyond terrible and daft, but still worth seeing.

Charlie's Angels. The girls are lovely, but it's difficult to watch something that awful.

Starsky and Hutch. Corny and occasionally laughable but still
fun.

Dempsey and Makepiece. Utter garbage. Glynis Barber was nice back then.

Old Doctor Who. Outside of John Pertwee and Tom Baker, the rest is hard to watch.

Please Sir/Fenn Street Gang. Occasionally brilliant but just as often terrible. The film was better than the series.

The Goodies. It is not as good as you remember it. Lots of visual gags but mostly awful.

Benny Hill. It was censored and repackaged years ago, and what is left is occasionally clever.
