When one looks at the next 3 fixtures one cannot help concluding that at the end of the Arsenal game we will have only won ONCE in 15 PL encounters which is unacceptable.

Whilst the form in the PL has been dire, one cannot forget that we exited the FA Cup at home to struggling Southampton.

It is no surprise that supporters have concluded that a managerial change is necessary.

How about Ralph Hassenhaut sorry about the spelling you know who I mean.

Just all symptomatic of the arrogant and complacent malaise sweeping the club from the top down.
Some people don't believe that this club could down.
All very well berating a lack of creativity but the recruitment for the last 3 windows has been pretty awful (and let's be honest, last week Liverpool would have been seen off if we had had a striker worth the name).
With probably no more than 1 point at the absolute best from the next 3 games, things really will be getting tight and there aren't really stand out leaders in this group.

It’s gone beyond murmurings, subjective opinions and any perceived hysteria now.

Likewise Willo, I can’t see a goal let alone win in next three and the statistics are completely damning. I just really can’t see any argument to have him take training next week beyond sparing an incoming manager three straight losses.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Let's pretend just for one moment that this s***show is entirely blamed on PV and he gets his marching orders. Who is out there that would be capable and willing to pick up the baton and run with it? Motivating a bunch of overpaid chumps who don't look fazed by the current predicament, and run round like the game owes them a living. How to bring wholesale change? Who is enough of a disciplinarian to instil some pride and professionalism back into this gravy train riding bunch. It's a sorry state of affairs.

Our management of the squad / recruitment are the biggest reason for our situation as has been evident from early this season when Zaha carried us (again).

I was over the moon when the lazy t*** Benteke was moved on but I didn't think for a second that there wouldn't be a tall strong running replacement and that we would hang our hat on Mateta and equally lazy Edouard.

Our full backs have never been close to good enough for the transition in style that was Parish / Freedman's aim after Roy and the crass over simplification by many that Doucoure just needed a partner has masked the fact that he's not that good.

I think we're close to needing a change just to shake things up but the question of where the goals / quality are remains IMO.

My last game as a season ticket holder was in 2016, can't afford to go anymore, pensioner, and I live too far away and all that. Some might say ain't I the lucky one. To be honest, we ain't had a decent striker for yonks, maybe even going back to Glen Murray. If the board and managers we have had can't see the problem, well..............................Those alarm bells are ringing even louder now.

We can’t change playing squad.

We can’t change club ownership.

We can only change manager.

We have 3 weeks to sort who that person is because any sane palace fans knows we are getting f*** all from the next 3 games.

I've not been in the Vieira out camp before, but my list of reasons for him to stay is getting shorter and shorter every week. I currently don't have a single positive about PV on that list:

- The fixture list has been fairly tough
- The board have been crap, both letting players leave for free and the low investment for years
- Dyche has already been snapped up, and I can't see an obvious alternative to PV

To play the team above us in the league and not have a shot on target, yet again, is an embarrassment. It knocks the argument that we've mostly struggled because the fixture list has been tough. We look rudderless and the players look totally disinterested whilst everyone else looks like they have a result in them.

If we go down then they’re all responsible from the top down. It’s depressing every week the same old Palace. My Everton mate says they need to go down to have a clear out and rebuild the club. At least we might have some positive Saturday nights in the Championship.

And he doesn’t play edouard after publicly shaming him , I’m worried now and it’s the first time I’m worried all season
