You may recall that I posted earlier on in this thread that I felt that absentee fathers should pay for the upkeep of their children and not the state which curiously didn't merit one single response I thought I had covered that Midlands though may have said 'that was a different point' which it is, and if I interpret you correctly I absolutely agree it's just I don't want that to conflate with the issue which for me was this, female individual's, life decisions, personal responsibility and place within society. Also, her neighbours may well be 'our soles' however that for me is quite the massive assumption and far more of one than saying she's a (insert Cryst-esque adjectives) who has had 5 kids, sponges off the state, charities and others etc. I'm actually inclined to believe the latter probably has some rings of truth to it though again do not know that factually and concede I could be wrong. In any instance, to echo my earlier posts, firstly I don't agree with such lifestyle choices (assuming they are) and see them as ponces and secondly I don't see why the BBC thought this reasonable to report on? If they want to do something on cost-of-living crisis then perhaps visit your average, young couple or family where both adults work but have been massively affected by economic shifts (as one example)?
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

No?

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

You raise some valid practical points. The UK's birth rate is falling. The only reason the UK population is increasing, (aside from migration) is because we have an aging population burdening society with their pension entitlement. (though, less so after Covid). So whilst what Mat is saying is true, I would caveat it from an investment perspective, in that the kids she is having are a long-term investment which sees no initial benefit to the UK. So the lady and her kids are given State Benefits until they reach working age, then the kids can go to work and be of benefit to society,...but that is close to 20 years away. Perhaps a likely outcome, is the kids education will be affected by poor living conditions (and other influences from being from a poor background) and they will be more likely to be looking for work in the unskilled labour market. A market already saturated by migrants and unemployed. I could be proved wrong, and the kids go on to be engineers and scientists on mega-bucks. but if I were a Dragon looking to invest in a business opportunity like this, it would be "No thanks, I'm out". deluded nonsense. 99% of the time, parasitic longterm unemployed types reproduce with more of the same. you think the kids at a Creche in Silicone Valley are the same as the kids in an unemployment black-spot in Western Europe ? the kids of Messi will be good at football. Kids of doctors will be clever. Ghislaine Maxwell is talented at fecking people over, just like her Dad. Genius make other other clever people who know the plural word. Skangers make skangers.

A lot of women claim they do not know the name or whereabouts of the father. I find that odd as normally he is the one that is sitting next to her on the settee.

Meanwhile they also get a bit of 'cash in hand' from the biological father of their kids....or from the latest unofficial boyfriend. The Traditional Nuclear family is dead. Killed off by the Lefty Welfare State.
