They go out of their way to cause trouble everywhere they go. They get into jobs like this to get a reaction.

The name Burke has a pretty mad history in Ireland - I wonder what branch of the Burkes these are? They were both Lords and rebels. Almost an original invasion name. De Burghos or something like that originally. Can just imagine these with their coat of arms.

In the North of England Burgh was pronounced 'bruff'. There's a town in Cumberland or nearby (reet up norf) called that and it catches all the weak Southern sh1tes out.

Mods, please change thread title from ''possible jail time....'' thanks. And the latest update : talk about wanting to nail yourself to a cross. The now jailbird has refused to apologise. Belligerent , bellicose and nuts. Wanting to stay in jail forever....to prove a point. And so, will the Governor of the Prison be introducing him to 'Bubba' ?

I don’t know enough about his beliefs to say if he’s right or wrong but I thought religion was one of those untouchable ‘things’. seems to work when certain people pray 5 times a day and nothing is said and they continue to get payed for the down time !!!

It's contempt of court - as in there was an injunction against him attending work, which he breached, whilst also arguing with the judge. They have their beliefs and they want to be persecuted for them - and that's what they'll be arguing. However, as I say, it's contempt of court - it's not he or she in itself. He only needed to apologies to the judge for contempt. He did not have to back down on any religious beliefs - or even mention them.
