Yeah, Domonic Raab today said Downing street made it clear there was no christmas party- that was before the news tonight of the wine and cheese . no social distancing gathering that Dan posted, taxi for dom?

Agreed all those civil servants working from home and not prepared to work late.

Yeah, they had one person going through 5000 e mails, and not as if they wern"t important mails, Afghan allies with days to get out, held up in a 5000 queue, you couldn"t make it up.

While I have no issues with highlighting conservative governmental incompetence it's not as though any look at the shadow front bench would fill anyone with confidence is it.

It's like a choice between a punch in the face and a kick in the nuts.

Yeah, perhaps, but that"s no reason to let them keep getting away with it- the country will literally be bankrupt for the next generations if they keep nicking the shekles .

As I have said many times, those that helped the allied forces should have been first out

Yes, it was, but with the help of the british army helping in the gates opening and stuff, as one reporter said, couldn"t they have got a few humans on in that time? But i"m glad they got the animals out to be fair, but it was because of a pr campaign and Carrie getting involved that leaves the sour taste, especially for the 95% of Afghan allies left behind for the tally!

I honestly don’t know how anyone can still support them. They hold us in utter contempt.

I feel that lady is in the dog house tonight, admitting a party took place, after CONservative ministers including Dom Raab said today there was no party, bunch of lying thieves, who knew?

If the afghan army hadn't bottled it and shat themselves the 'tally' would be gone. 15,000 were taken out and bought to the uk. That's a good number no?

5000, and no, tell that to the 95% left behind!

5000 were british nationals, 8000 afghans and 2000 kids. But anything Domonic Raab has to say has to be taken with a pinch of salt. He said only today there was no party in downing street, hours before bungles lady contradicted him.

Surely illegal as well as indefensible.

The country were ordered to stay home and protect the NHS while this was happening.

How much more will the public take? They have become tory doormats to be honest.

It"s a shame that the working classes have become cap doffers , knowing their place in society, they can"t get enough hardship- just put it on the card!

Another Tory own goal regarding the Christmas party. Their story seems barely credible. The (I assume) leak of the video suggests someone wants Boris out.

Less than a month after the Paterson sleaze affair, Boris seems to be scoring more own goals than Ramon Vega managed back in the day.

Perhaps time for a change of leadership.
