Does anyone know how to access the mobile ticket wallet?

Have purchased 2x tickets for todays game, they are showing in the cpfc app and tell me they are in my ticket wallet, but I'm unable to find said wallet. Thanks in advance.

Might help if you let people know the phone type ( some people on here are good with Android & some with I phone / Apple)

If anyone can help I'd be very grateful. ( tried ringing box office but closed)

Have purchased 2 tickets that show on my account, but it tells me to add it to wallet ( I'm android) and I'm struggling. Have a long a journey so running tight for time and rather not queue and miss the game.
Any idea how to make the scan/barcode available ?
