Fake Certs are two a penny. I have genuine ones and had to travel to various countries over the summer for family reasons (plus I was focking bored with lockdown Ireland). Although I went to countries with restrictions and have all genuine Certs, jabs, tests etc, I needn't have bothered. Nothing was checked. Legally it is the responsibility of the airlines to check documentation not BF. I would be surprised if it was the Police at Customs, do you mean Passport Control? Which means they were probably BF ( and in customs) unless Police were looking for a specific traveller. You are correct fake certificates have been seen for many months

Over here, it's about to be mandatory to show evidence of double jabs even going to a supermarket, or get a PCR test just to buy your groceries.

In Australia you have to scan a qr code and wear a mask to go in every shop or enclosed place. $2000 fine if not and the police do spot checks inside the premises. Hmg are clearly a lot less prohibitive than that.

A Ryannair guy did ask for a cursory glance at passenger locator forms (required for Ireland) in Denmark. But it was not matched up to anything: was just a guy walking around looking at phones.

My feeling is that if proof of vaccine jabs is going to be compulsory for supporters then it behoves all players to get vaccinated as well. Only 3 PL clubs have revealed the percentage of jabs in their squad (ranging from 80 to 100%) and so one suspects that the take up in the other 17 clubs might be low (including Palace) It is reported that Xhaka has tested positive after refusing a jab. PL players on exhorbitant wages should show some responsibility and set an example.

If so, Police are normally present as it is Common Travel Area and therefore no other agencies present.

you know what…if somebody has been offered both jabs and wont have them (apart from medical reasons) then f*** ‘em they shouldnt be allowed into a confined enviroment like a football stadium. seems perfectly fair to me I made an informed decision to not be vaccinated. why should i not be allowed? it does not affect you or anyone else whether i am or not. I have been to the brentford, watford and west ham game and was at a music festical in victoria park on monday. Today i have just had a pcr test to fly and is negative. There should be mandatory test for everyone to enter the stadium vaccinated or not. Vaccinated people are the super spreaders to be honest.

Tests are better than nothing but not perfect, the same can be said for vaccinations no doubt. Part of your 'informed decision' though will of course come with the knowledge that you 'are' more likely to contract it and pass it on, so saying it does not affect others isn't true. Also, as it sounds like you're going everywhere humanly possible (not as though I blame you) you're pretty much a covid case waiting to happen, so by that fact I'm not sure how you deduce that "Vaccinated people are the super spreaders to be honest." I'm of the view that the case is out of the bag and that you should be able to attend without being vaccinated, but in taking the decisions we do, we should not always seem to distort the decisions people make in the opposite direction, especially when here they are clearly the more responsible choices.
