Not interested in the other rubbish they give you with this. (should give choice take few £ off not to have that stuff) The steak is all you really want. Overpriced 10oz steak is not worth this back in US I used to go direct to farmers and buy highest quality meat and it would be half the price of this (I know different country but that is not the point most of the markup I expect is going to the restaurant) Edited by grumpymort (07 Aug 2021 7.20pm)

I replaced it with a deep fat fryer dubbed "professional style" because of it's rectangular aluminium look. It makes superb chips but is a right bugger to clean so I don't have chips that often as I hate cleaning it even though most of it goes in the dishwasher

Just cut potatoes into wedges, skin on, coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Bake for 30mins until golden, better than any fried potato equivalent and much, much healthier.

Sounds great King, if you or anyone needs a good chip tip, try lidls homestyle oven chips, you can fry them to, which is my option, and they come out great, best out there in my opinion, and at £1 a bag, its win win! I recommend McCain Home chips, must be crinkle cut. Never used to buy crinkle cut but these crinkle edges get them a good level of crispy.

The good thing about dripping is you can leave it in the fryer & it solidifies, then reuse as n when, general rule of thumb, lasts about 8-10 weeks, then spoon it out as a solid, I sometimes add to it from when I've done a roast(beef or chicken). Never use flavoured or olive oils for chips, low flash point & will burn & taste bitter.
