Just finished Baron Noir a French political drama on Amazon, you'd love it Steeley. The Black Baron is a socialist scheming his way to power. He make Corbyn look like a care bear.

Apparently in France there is a serious movement for elections by "selection of lots". I think they mean that if there are 30 millions trade unionists that equates to 40% of the population so they should get 40% of the seats in Parliament the candidates to be selected by lot. One of the opponents favours this.

The left quite like the idea because it would give them a permanent majority. Anyway this is explored in Series 3 I checked and it's been a real movement in France in the past and the way Macron is going it may be back.
