Ridiculous amount of building in my area of West Sussex, none is affordable housing. Between Horsham and Guildford they are creating an estate of 5-6 bedroom houses! Ridiculous. They have just started a mega housing project on the Dunsfold aerodrome land, which I suspect will be similar.
Luckily the plans to build in local public golf course have been scuppered by a report regarding lack of water reserves[/

Unrecognisable these days. Still can’t see that the population is growing as fast as they are building. Obviously the COVID mass extinction event didn’t do its job!!

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

Hamas Concert Crash = israel/Palestine War = high inflation = high interest rates = unaffordability, no credit, & re-possessions = loss of buyer confidence = the money sucked out of the market = a glut of unsold properties

= House Price Crash

I'll wait for the revised figures.

Given the appalling track record of the statisticians I wouldn't be surprised if the economy actually grew.
