we have a 3 bed house in creepy crawley bought for 104k back in 2002 now worth in the region of 340k its all fake money though as a nearby 2 bed is going for 325k

Ridiculous amount of building in my area of West Sussex, none is affordable housing. Between Horsham and Guildford they are creating an estate of 5-6 bedroom houses! Ridiculous. They have just started a mega housing project on the Dunsfold aerodrome land, which I suspect will be similar. Unrecognisable these days. Still can’t see that the population is growing as fast as they are building. Obviously the COVID mass extinction event didn’t do its job!!
