Cummings gone by Christmas. Well that experiment went spectacularly well.

Lunancy on par with Trump getting rid of Bannon. Deep State win again.

He was woefully out of his depth. Excellent at campaigning and getting into power. Useless with it.

Ironic that he's announced to leave after Lockdown. During Lockdown you couldn't keep him in !

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

Oh do bore off. Utterly useless posting – at least Stirling mixes his insults with mostly interesting opinions.

'Deep state'

In fairness, he said he'd be aiming to take more of a back seat by the end of this year anyway.

Brexit and eye tests aside, I actually have some sympathy with what he has been trying to do – his aims around trying to get half decent people into the civil service and government and not 'Public school bluffers' is the right approach. It's just very hard to storm the castle, especially if that castle is filled with Public school bluffers. The irony also being that he is employed by the biggest bluffer of all.

The amount of waste and mediocrity that exists in any organisation is always staggering, but government and some areas of the civil service outdo themselves.

The truth hurts?

You know my opinion. The media have been running a campaign against him because they are afraid of what he might do.
The useful idiots will be celebrating today along with the tragic BBC and all the other puppet media.

I suspect he will be back, but in the meantime, be careful what you wish for.

Disappointed Cummings is going. Only because we won’t have the shake up of the useless and biased civil service.

Boris is just too weak. He appeases polls of the week and his partner over U.K. matters he could be changing his mind on. He’s a mess in serious times and they need to start coming together to get him out, only the others are too weak as well and probably secretly like what’s happening behind closed doors. Meanwhile Starmer is equally or more pathetic.

Indeed. A shake up is needed.

Re. Starmer, he is hardly the beacon of perfection some make him out to be, but I do think he has a bit more substance to him than BoJo.
