Zaha according to Roy, desperate to get away, and hoping a big club comes in and pays market price. In his hands I would suggest, keep playing well and scoring, and I think Everton will come in with a late bid. Whether he deems them a big club or not, I don't know, but Ancelotti might be the one to get it right. Sorry gone off topic, feel free to move mods. Edited by sotac464 (13 Sep 2020 1.20pm)

I wonder how long Benrahma's been on our radar. We stalked Eze for a while and have wanted Batshuayi for ages. I wonder who we're lining up for next summer!

I would imagine some time, like many clubs, that's what scouts are for, I think I read we had been following Eze for 2 years. There's so much that goes into a transfer nowadays, especially when there's million involved. Is his temperament right, does he get the values of the club, can he fit in with the style of play we are looking for? Could he be a disruptive influence in the dressing room. All due diligence will be done on a player, before buying club agrees a fee.

I didn't think much of Benrahma at all when I watched the play offs last season. All I can think of is that Brentford players buckled under the pressure and didn't perform.

You are right, they didn't lose it in the play offs , they lost it in the last 2 games of the season, when it was in there own hands. Pressure can affect even the best.

Which was more strange as they were in such a good run... They were mid-table or even closer to relegation some months before the end of the Championship season and then they started winning and just winning, it seemed like nothing could stop their run. And they screwed up in the last 2 matches, I think they just needed 1 win and they failed every time.
