Hi Spiderman i) Yes, we will get an e-mail when the system to enable us to claim a refund on the outstanding portion of our season tickets is up and running. ii) I claimed a refund for some away match tickets yesterday and I didn't have to put any card details in - the money is automatically returned to the card I used to purchase the tickets but I'm not sure if season ticket refunds will work in the same way because they were purchased a lot longer ago so people may no longer even have that card. iii) For match tickets, the refund had to be claimed by the person who purchased the tickets (rather than the person they were purchased for). So season ticket refunds will probably work in the same way but I'm sure the e-mail will make it clear. Hope that helps! Fernside Eagle

14.55 pm and still no e mail - what's happening? I certainly hope that the deadline to apply for a refund is extended as the CPFC site seems a bit flakey at the best of times without heavy traffic from every season ticket purchaser.

The site doesn’t even seem to work to give our money away. The refund bit tells you to follow the instructions, which starts by telling you to log in.............but I can’t...............

I have tried to establish that my account is linked to my sons (I bought he s/t). On my account under linked accounts it only has mine. I think I added him to Friends/Family but it is still only showing mine. Any help gratefully received
