You have to click on each game individually then click whic option you prefer? so 4 times ticket credit in ny case.

Despite Monkey's help a few days ago, I was unable to claim my refund in the way recommended in the email we received. But I've now found out there's a far easier and quicker way: Go into tickets.cpfc.co.uk Click on your name at the top of the page Click on Personal Details Click on here, top right on the screen Select options and provide bank details

Something is afoot, i was contacted last week regarding rebates for the last ten games that are owed, i opted to leave it as credit against next season, however this contact is not via the box office, i have an account manager at cpfc, it was him who i spoke to, fairly certain he said prices would remain the same for next year, i would be surprised if they were not

Am sure I saw they'd been frozen for next season so in theory those who put this season ticket games to ticket credits for next season should have accrued the exact amount needed? Unless you were lucky to be one of the 2k who got to the Spurs game or the possible Arsenal game if permitted then you'd be slightly short.

Not quite, as stated earlier, present season was for 17 games, this coming year will be for 19, bit confusing but the season ending May 20 we were in lockdown for last two games so we started off season 20/21 with credit for those two games, so charged for 17 of current season, of which i never made a game, those who did will obviously not be credited

Does anyone have the ST price list please as I want to check the rebate amounts as I think I am also in the pay for 19 tickets and get a rebate for 17 situation? I have searched the CPFC website but cannot find this... Thanks
