Well the script of the last 30 years wasn’t wrong until we went to war in Iraq. Remind me how many Islam related attacks there were prior to the Iraq war? Your methods will create further division and hatred and increase number of attacks we all want to stop. The Islamic population before the Iraqi war was something between 1-2 percent. My method would certainly cause division and hatred and attacks.....However, my method will bring them to an end. Your method, will also cause division and hatred and steadily increase attacks over time as the population percentage increases. This ideology leads to far more conflict and death.....'the road to hell is paved with good intentions'. Your method also results in foreign policy being over subject to a minority group's sentiments because of fear of violence.....Which is literally blackmail. The country that went to world wars twice last century bowing its head to an imported minority out of fear. 'Centre right'? Sounds like you're only 'centre right' when it comes to your bank account to me. Edited by Stirlingsays (05 Feb 2020 2.05am)

Examples? Of left wing? In the 80's most bar say Oxford, Cambridge,York, Durham. Possibly Edinburgh. Mind you never exclusively so as my Uni also had folks who became prominent Tory MP's to boot (I went to Essex.) These were of course days when far fewer went to University and it was free.

I'd say universities were quite socially conservative in relative terms until the 40s......Essentially since the emergence of communism in Russia the universities have become increasingly left wing. Now it's open Marxism and has been for a near generation. The right would employ the left or liberal minded person but once they became the majority....they didn't return the favour. I'd say the right have given up on universities.

Probably keep quiet while there for their own safety and learn about the illogical and/or hypocritical left and benefit from (some of) them having no intention of pursuing their potential through laziness or lack of certain skills or qualities mainly. Or lurch more and more right, well economically at least, when they start having to pay larger and larger taxes.

I bet the angrier lefties at universities would like to barricade their university business school/departments to stop anything capitalist going on that’ll finance their future life of doing as little as possible. * Gatekeepers. Good term for them. Edited by Rudi Hedman (05 Feb 2020 9.28am)

My cousin has sent her first born son off to university, a pretty high up one as well to take English literature.....but now she's concerned because he's started to talk intersectional left wing stuff to her. She's been a normie and uninterested in politics her whole life and she's pretty concerned and annoyed by it all. Edited by Stirlingsays (05 Feb 2020 9.30am)

Speaking of lefty idiots. I have never been to university but I assume freshers weeks is one long party so I agree that people with guns should not be going there as accidents will happen. Now I maybe wrong but I would be surprised if our military would allow them turn up with loaded weapons, guns and alcohol don't normally mix so what on earth are these students on about. Or is it the let's hate everything good and British week.

And there was I thinking that universities were there to broaden minds of developing adults. It could be said that attractively fit military personnel should be banned from places where new partners meet each other as the competition they present to locals is potentially unfair.

The more I think about it the more I agree with these students they need to be protected so we should ban alcohol and partying and Freshers week, just for their own safety of course.
