Yes, great ides, lets do every thing we can to damage the club, After giving up your season ticket, what would be your chosen club to support, Millwall are doing quite well. I'm sure they would suit down to the ground, WFC Wimbledon are also doing quite well What gives you the right as someone living in Portugal that doesn't support then club in any way financially to criticize someone who does contribute a lot to the club's coffers. Your suggestion that anyone not renewing their season ticket should close another club to support is equally stupid

However the seemingly lack of ambition amongst the owners of the club is really quite depressing. I don't really understand why after seven seasons in the Premier League we seem so impoverished. Obviously we are paying too much to the players but then so aren't all Premier League clubs? Assuming we survive this season, what hope is there for the next? Yeah, we have really popped up down these last 6-7, or years, or is it just up?

You have all but admitted that you supported the club financially at least 15 years ago and I was merely pointing out that people in glass houses etc etc

I obviously don't have a season ticket any more, but I would if /when I live there again.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

I think people are allowed to criticise some aspects of the club without having to be told to support someone else. The club is far from perfect.

I could understand it if the owners were taking money out of the club but Palace are loss making at the moment and are trying to live within our means. The fact that we have been able to spend little new money and be competitive year on year is pretty amazing. Anyway, being a bit s*** makes the wins all the more special and being top 6 every year doesn't stop fans complaining (see Arsenal).
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

Couple of points for clarity: 1. You earn loyalty points when you buy tickets for away games - so not sure if you have done this before - you should try it, its good fun. 2. Love supporting Palace away, where Roy has the team well set up and genuinely able to upset the bigger clubs - the best away days by far, Man City and Liverpool last year. 3. Loved watching Palace at home in the Championship where you need to get 3 points, rather than watching the football of Pulis, Warnock, Allardyce and Hodgson. Happy days. 4. Thought Derby knocked it about well on Sunday. Good job they had made 9 changes. If we had played their first XI we could have been in real trouble.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
