More good news.

I wonder how the Guardian's doing as I notice it's constantly begging.

Apparently half the circulation goes to the BBC (seriously)

A quite disgraceful misuse of public funds.

With all the bad news and bad people in the news I thought this is a nice change.

Thousands of people across the world have responded to a request to knit sleeves for a premature baby unit.

Good for them it just shows there are good people in this world.

Keep the faith.

Good cause..we used to make baby blankets for the SCBU at Kettering General. I am sure there are many other community groups who do similar work up and down the country. Unsung hero's that offer their help for no reward and not looking for a knighthood or title.

News need to focus on the good as well as the bad in life to give a proper balance. If you only report bad news is it any wonder people's mental health suffer?

Couldn't agree more. Clearly there are many unpleasant things taking place in the world but it's not all doom and gloom. It just seems doom and gloom sells more papers and gets more clicks. But we can change that
