Great number 10, can score and create goals and would have a point to prove by the step up Alain Saint-Maximin looks like he has zero end product. Got a step over in the locker, but that’s it. I would pass and prefer we go for players like Bowen. Cheaper and can unlock defences You could have said the same about Wilf at 21 tbh. Some still say it now. I personally think he would have been a great addition. Imagine him and Wilf in the same side teams would no longer be able to double up on Wilf. Hell why not get Bowen as well and just loan a decent RB.

In advanced talks with Watford by all accounts.. Its a shame as i like the look of him and i hate them. It looks like Watford will get him for 22 million, says something when Watford are showing more ambition than us. Apparently the Doug has never heard of him...

Surely he is worth a punt, young quick winger. Get him in, the striker from rangers. Selling Zaha wouldn't be as a big a problem. Get a right back not Carl jenkinson as he would not be an upgrade on ward, in and we would still be quids in. Kouyate and redierworld extra cover at CB.

Berghuis (26 yo, Feyenoord)- 9-10 million- PSV to pay in the coming days
Konoplyanka (29 yo, Schalke, Ukraine national team member)- 3 million- close to Fenerbahce with 3 million annual salary

Impressive list...Why this guy? Because he’s as near to Wilf as it gets and think by coming here he would improve too... he’s also younger ..even if Wilf ends up staying I think he’d be a great addition....
