The last person I would wish to hear giving his views and advice on economics, politics and the rest is the person whose incompetence, egotism and general stupidity took us to administration and near extinction in 2010.

Such subjectivity is why I don't read any of your articles.

He sold a chain of shops for 70 million when he was in his early 30s. He ain't that stupid.

No one's saying he is stupid but you have to wonder what he has done to make the BBC consider him an authority on Brexit.

Leaving aside what he did and didn't to Palace
I was most impressed at how articulate he was on Question Time.

If he could team up with Nigel Farage and Michael Gove
we might get a party with the requisite balance of persuasion, common sense and the ability to get things done, not least Brexit.

Nobody other than Jamesy you mean who literally said "his general stupidity".

Most MP's and the media are complete f***wits on the matter, spewing their own conjecture based on their agendas so why not let him present his opinion? I bet it was entertaining if nothing else.

Perhaps this could be laid at the door of Miatta Fahnbulleh who made a speech every time she was asked to speak, reading from the Jeremy Corbyn book entitled 'Britain, the Third world country'.

Simon Jordan was extremely articulate and well-informed and a bracing gust of fresh air on the panel. He was certainly not a saloon bar loudmouth or a lexiphanic blowhard perhaps many had expected.

There's a lot of hate for Parish, Jordan, and Goldberg.

Jordan is meant to be a bit of a wide boy who fell into the mobile phone industry at the right time and pumped all his money into the club. Unfortunately for us, his leadership style and skill set wasn't suited to running a football club. It ten years ago now and the clubs doing better than ever so put it down to history and part of the journey to becoming a fairly established premier league side.

Goldberg was an idiot, but it seemed like we were letting Tim nice but dim run the club. His heart was in the right place but his grip on reality and business acumen was no where to be seen. If he was a political movement he'd be momentum. 20 years ago now.

Noades, was clearly in it only for himself and managed to almost ruin 3 different sides. If a fit and proper persons test was around now you'd hope he'd fail.

May I correct you about Goldberg, he is certainly not an idiot. He has plenty of business acumen, but was eaten up by football sharks in his desire to succeed in football, which is not like normal business world.

After the Palace disaster he made a fortune again through cable TV, getting men to pay money to watch young women in various states of undress on a sofa.

I presuppose that his articulacy with whereabouts to his loquaciousness underpins his perpicaciousnnesosity.

On occasions garrulous types are accused of perissology but last night, Simon Jordan was perspicacious and his voice was an authoritative trumpet.I suspect many had expected a lexiphonic performance but alas he was a pillar of linguistic rectitude.

Well, I bow to Willo's mastery of language but can we just say, simply, that Mr. Jordan spoke calmly, sensibly and without apparent bias that put most of the panel (and many previous incumbents) to shame.
