That’s true. Carnivores are pretty much beyond redemption. Secondary pork chop ingestion is a major problem.

A couple of family members smoke. I had no idea they were both this well off.

did not realise HOL was so full of PC snowflakes, "nothing as bad as an ex-smoker" as they say.

I say people should smoke, drink, etc, speed limits increased, etc. all these factors that add some risk and spice to life.

After all we have a massive longevity issue in this nanny state.

Or just start living it up when you're 80. Get some use out of that pristine liver and those healthy lungs in your golden years.

Indeed. Get some value out of the replacement knees and hips required after all that jogging.

Totally agree ^^^^

trouble is,..it'd be the youngsters doing this stuff to kill themselves, thus depriving the oldies of their pensions, via lost income tax.

Nice thought though

Keeping healthy is just taking the longest possible way to die.

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

It's patriotic to smoke and people who give up should be given a white feather...according to Alf Garnett

Smokers. Paying to kill yourselves because you can't admit to yourself that you are addicted.

Sad sad sad.

Do us and yourselves a favour. Man up and just give up for god sake.

I think that most smokers will admit that they are addicted and if tobacco were discovered today there is no doubt that it would be banned.

Speaking as an ex heavy smoker it isn't as easy to give up as you might think and it took me many unsuccessful attempts before I finally managed it
