It’s what you do best

Monkey, in the theme of mentioning classic sci-fi series, I'm disappointed that you haven't referred to 'Planet of the Apes'.

(Yes everyone; I know apes and monkeys are not the same)

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Fair point, especially as well as monkey at school, I used to get called Galon, Urko, Cornelius and Ceaser

I was both, along with, as someone mentioned ‘Lost in Space’ now that really is s*** if you watch it now, but as kids our road used to clear when we all rushed in to watch it.

And what about ‘The Time Tunnel’?? How good was that?

They were all s*** but we were kids.

There is a new series of Lost in Space on Netfilx.

It isn't terrible.

Land of the Giants was pitched against Doctor Who, if memory serves. My junior school was divided between the devotees of each. I was a Doctor Who man meself (but not of the sh*tfest it's morphed into these days).

That deserves its own thread.

The latest series... Where to begin?

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Better check your spelling in future, otherwise I might become a condescending t*** as well and pick you up on it

You will have plenty of opportunities. My spelling is crap.

But I do have a sense of humour.
