I’m far from a tactical genius, but are we potentially looking at a front four - Wilf, Batman, Tekkers/Wickham, Andros?

Indeed. By all accounts did very well at Dortmund, but dross like this means it could be 50/50 as to whether we get any value out of this. The miss isn't the worst I've seen but it was obviously the last straw for them Agree , unknown quantity. But the German league is more similar to ours than the Spanish. When we were linked with sh*t like Berahino, got to be happy with the one we got.

I’m with you on this one. Nurse maiding another Chelsea player carrying on injury. Looking at this realistically, Roy never puts someone straight into a team anyway so he is probably going to be available for 3 out of those 4 months. My bigger concern is we have 4 forwards presumably playing for the same spot on the field. I don’t understand how you can possibly keep them happy with that scenario. With Hodgson's reluctance to make use of subs to alter play I too have a concern over this.

First half against foulhampton he looked quite useful, but the second half was wasted by the whole set up, instead of rightly going in for the kill with our dominance of the game we sat and watched foulhampton and their ref take the piss.

We sat back against Watford and Southampton, surrendering the lead each time. And Bournemouth demonstrated what we may have been able to achieve if we had actually had a go at Chelsea instead of playing it safe. We are a decent footballing side these days and when we play with attacking intent we are at our strongest. So I’d like to see us really take it to Fulham. And if we go a goal up, not sit back and try to protect it.

We were very cautious in the second half against foulhampton yes and it was a total management cock up! but against Fulham and at home we just have to be patient with them because their defence will make mistakes, coming forward they are a real threat with their new manager making good choices and for us to just go at them I feel will cause us problems at the back we cannot afford, Fulham will surprise us they have improved massively.

So far Ayew has served us well, he’s not lazy by any means, but goals is what Michy is all about. He’ll be chomping at the bit and surely must start tomorrow.
