I read somewhere the hold up was that he needed to get some Italian identity card? (That he had an Italian Passport, but for some reason he needed this card too?) Don't know if it was BS, because I think it was a tweet, and I haven't seen that since.

With palaces track record of deals braking down you have to wonder what’s going on here. Doesn’t look good. Wouldn’t surprise me if Perri and his agent now knowing of our desperation for a keeper are using this as leverage

I suspect he was awaiting confirmation of his Italian Citizenship

Lucas Perri's agent has suggested on his Instagram story that a move for his client to Crystal Palace is imminent after posting a picture from the Eagles' training ground taken yesterday morning - before deleting it.
