At least Hodgson isn't doing a pardew and dropping speroni saying 'oh he is still no 1 at the club, it's just that the rest are doing better at the mo, lol whilst he shuffled around 3 keepers then sent 2 packing.

WH deserves his spot now, but ironically he has to dropped for a game, just so we can see what Guaita can do, he deserve that.

The time is now in my opinion.

Things are pretty busy during December so I expect Hodgson will rotate them to give Hennessey a rest.

Then after Christmas there's the Third Round, of course. Knowing our luck we'll probably get weed again.

finally someone gets it...

WH deserves his spot and he shouldn't lose his current turn as club no. 1, however, we need to see what Guaita can do and i would not at all be surprised to see WH rested for a game, just so he doesn't burn out like you say, but also, to keep the pressure on and keep him working hard at this level, but ultimately to see what the spaniard does. He could come in and be amazing, then what?

Guaita obviously hasn’t impressed enough to oust Wayne, unless you know better.

Who's we??? listen mate, i don't think i know better than the manager, coaching staff - what a comment to make. In trying to make me look ignorant, you've done it to yourself.

what part of 'i ironically feel WH should be rested, for one game or two, against the 'easier clubs' just to see what the goalkeeper bought in to replace him can do?' it's really not at all a crazy statement.

Anyways, this is going nowhere - as you were.

Entirely likely that Guaita will play FA cup games with WH playing league games, until (if) he screws up then Guaita will ultimately step up. Unless he gets peed off and leaves beforehand...

This might already be his mindset.Guaita was a regular in La Liga last season and playing with some aplomb - I wouldn't be surprised if offers are received for his services and that he departs for pastures new.

Not everyone is like Mandanda or Ayew and he does have a contract. In any case it should give us some transfer funds if he goes.
