I would be interested to know, whether as individuals, they will still attend games and get season tickets elsewhere. I suspect not, happy to be proved wrong but if I'm correct, then it reveals them as a bunch of self-serving cheerleaders, carried away by their own self-importance and in no way Palace fans. The black clothing was always a bit of a giveaway in my book. Why not wear your club's colours for gawds sake? From what has been said they will attend games but in separate areas.

Given their history of courting publicity , I can see this turning into just that at some point . I'm a bit meh about them anyway, lost all the pride I had in them after that firework incident at Liverpool. They love themselves too much to just disappear.

I love the way people say “the promotion” like there’s only been one. Kids today, eh? Edited by Leecpfc (28 Jul 2018 12.21am)

And Wembley proved what they could do. It was a no brainer to manipulate tickets for them. ‘Manipulating’ allocation to give them preferential treatment in allocation is different to evicting a large number of people, many who have held thei seats since the stand was built

The Ultras may be a bit prima donna -ish, but they are out best fans. If they were players of equal stature, they'd be on 100 grand a week. No wonder they've slapped in a transfer request. It won't be long before Arsenal and Man United, both desperate for some decent singers, will start sniffing around. I hope the Ultras have got a good agent. Please please don't make them go to Chelsea. They'll just end up festering on the bench or going out on loan to Charlton

What sad news, if true. The HF have improved the match day experience x10. Selhurst will be a sorry place without them. The reality is we’ll be as dull as all the other Premier League grounds. I’d love to know the reasons behind it. If to do with not moving to the middle of the Holmesdale, it’s pretty poor on their part. They can’t expect people to give up their seats who have been there for years. They should wait until the new stand opens as no doubt a lot of people will move into there, freeing up space.

I agree with a lot of what’s been said. Self entitled, having a Cheek (I wish we had him), all about them etc. They could’ve just waited for the main stand to go up when there’s more options for fans behind the goal to move elsewhere so where the safe standing is going the HF can stand. But no, their immaturity takes over. But then I start thinking maybe they’re going elsewhere in the ground or indeed nowhere in the ground for a season or 2 so that if the atmosphere is pretty low Parish and others will be desperate to see them back. I’ll miss some of what they bring but I won’t miss the drum or the constant singing and jumping up and down from 20 lads to a song nobody else knows, and that would either go on for the first 20 minutes or when the game is looking lost. There’s enough people and enough song starters like how we used to do it to create an atmosphere without them so I doubt they’ll be that missed and they should really get over themselves. But this is young people today. Very thin skinned, sensitive and believe their lives are followed closely by the outside world when really people mainly don’t care. Or do all young people closely care what the 700 people they follow are doing? No more drum. Fvcking get in!!!!!

I think you'll find they were there before promotion... I sit in that corner,it was a member of HF and several others were abusing players at the end, black shirts were a clue!

I won’t miss the flags or displays as well as the drum. There will still be an atmosphere, just nobody deciding what is sung and when, and a bit more silence when 2-0 down as opposed to 20 bobbing up and down to a song nobody else knows anyway.

I really can't believe you said that! Sorry, I meant to write "they are our best fans" not "out best fans" I apologise for the typo. Your reaction was a bit strong though. Have you never made a typing error? All human beings are a work in progress. Nobody emerges from the womb with the ability to do flawless typing. Your harsh judgement will be troubling me for the rest of the day. I suppose what does not kill yo makes you stronger. I shall see if that's true today. I'm really annoyed with myself for that typo. It is unacceptable. I've let the fans down, the club and not least myself.
