Genuine question though, has anyone actually changed their mind? Most people I know voted remain , I am a liberal living in Brighton. They say the problems as genuine issues that weren't discussed before the referendum. My friends how voted leave believe that core issues are still valid. Most people I know voted remain , I am a liberal living in Brighton. They say the problems as genuine issues that weren't discussed before the referendum. My friends how voted leave believe that core issues are still valid. Can't think of any one I know who would change their vote

Wow, you keep failing to understand the most simplest of concepts don't you?

Let's take your face lift comparison. In terms of brexit here it is:

1) People are asked to vote if they want to have a faclift or not - most say yes based on the marketing from 2 surgeons, Dr Farage & Dr Johnson
2) in the coming months, they ask questions and do their own research on what the procedure entails
3) They realise that the procedure is horrific and has a very high probablity of leaving them much more ugly than they are already
4) Before the date for the operation, they vote again to cancel the appointment after realising that after their research, procedures were uncovered that they were never told about before they voted. They realised their mistake and were lied to about the procedure in the first place because the surgeons were in it just to fill their pockets with cash.
5) Dr Farage & Dr Johnson are struck off for deceiving potential patients and fraud.

Now, I made it kind of primary school level so it can be understood by the many brexiteers on here.

There had to whole-hearted consent to continue in the first referendum and the yes vote was about 70%. But this time only 51/48 that is not neither here nor there. Wilson would not have continued with the EU project on a 51/48 vote. Does it matter? Yes, because a project of this magnitude must have over-whelming support to succeed. 40 years of integration has to replaced and the UK hasn't a clue how to do that, or even attempted it. Also hardly anything is left from the reasons to leave presented in 2016, it just ain't gonna happen. A hiding to nothing, just spoilt pride, can't face being wrong.
