Did you actually read the tweet as it had nothing to do with a fan not agreeing with him but for the idiot's rather stupid comment "Is it the attention you crave" Whilst I don't think Parish should be on Twitter his riposte was rather clever and more importantly probably appropriate and I think many people know that I'm no Parish yes man

One day, people will realise the truth about Parish. He’s an absolute egomaniac. The only reason he replied to such a tweet was because he wants to re-write his own legacy as chairman. He still lives in a world where Pardew is a tactical genius. He doesn’t give a s*** about any Palace fans who view affairs in even the slightest different light to himself. You obviously have a problem with Parish, but that’s up to you. He is perfectly entitled to post on Twitter, he doesn’t hold a public office and isn’t beholden to anyone. If smart arse posters have a pop at him, but don’t like his response, well don’t expect to poke someone without them poking back. It’s pathetic then claiming he regards fans as c...s.

Sincerely hope Parish keeps more in the background this window and allows Roy more say in who he wants in and out, rather than having complete unknowns forced on him by Parish and Dougie.

another pointless thread. So Steve Parish is not allowed to post his opinion, criticise or call out anyone because he is the palace chairman. Why is that a problem? It frustrates me when you hear ppl say that he should stay off Twitter or stay out the media. How about you unfollow him or ignore the media. If you don’t like the way the club is being run, there are plenty of other clubs to support. Another season in the premier league, most successful chairman ever, looking to upgrade the ground, smashed previous transfer records....etc.... and ppl still moan. Agree with an earlier post, he isn’t perfect and will admit he had made mistakes, but if you want to moan. Go and speak to Leeds, ipswich, or Charlton.....(60 more clubs) fan. Right let’s now moan about how hot it is outside.

I don't agree with anyone calling for people to censor themselves or anything like that. No one's inciting others to kick Parish over the head.....If they don't like him and he wants a public twitter account.....what's the problem? He could block them if he wants......freedom on both sides. Come on here, criticise Parish if you want. I'm probably going to call you a plonker and you can call me a suck up. If Parish repeats with Hodgson or any other manager what happened with Pardew then criticism is fair do’s. Creating some scenario using what happened a while ago and may not happen again to have a dig pre season the bloke deserves stick back. Parish did deserve flack over the sun rising tweet.

Jealousy occurs when something we already possess (usually a special relationship) is threatened or is lost to something or someone else....usually a third person.
