You could say Hodgson did a brilliant job, but he could only work with players available in the squad, therefore our squad is good enough. That doesn't mean it cannot be improved, but its not paper thin, as people like to quote.

Absolutely.

One way to look at it is to think back to the squad came up with and that managed to survive in the first season up we're miles ahead now. One case in point is Kelly, now he's a utility back up whereas when he signed in 2104 he was a mainstay and almost ever present.

Well I rate him and it feels perfectly reasonable to extend his terns for another 90 years or so.

if the rumours are true and he has a 50 percent sell on fee in his contract then no money would buy him, even if we sold him for 100m we would only get 50m for him ,and you would need a replacement of value also , so i would say he is priceless to us .
