Southampton only get a point. Funny thing is they seem happy with it. They really had to win that.

Having said that I don't want us to be in a situation where we are relying on our rivals to lose points. Those so called tough games that some of them are facing may still yield some points for them.

5 points behind 4 games to play sounds good to me. I reckon 1 win and we’re safe.

broadly this is ok for us. 4 games left. 5 points ahead of Southampton who look toothless in front of goal.

It's a great result for us. It means we can still overtake Leicester
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

Bookies have got Saints as one of the favorites to go down for a reason, they ain't that good. two of their four remaining matches are a six pointer away to Swansea and Man City. So they just have to beat Bournemouth and Everton to go above us even if we only pick up another couple of points.

Saints are gone, 1 win in 20 says it all. How can they get 2 wins?

Saints are gone, 1 win in 20 says it all. How can they get 2 wins? Most Saints fans think this too. They're running out of winnable games: Bournemouth, Everton, Swansea, Man City. It's feasible that they could survive, but unlikely and I doubt it'd be at our expense. All in our hands now guys. A point a game should do it, finish on 38. I would much rather we beat Watford and Swansea lose to City though (Saints have the cup this weekend) so we're basically safe this weekend. We're still Palace however so we know what will happen...
